Introduction

On this website I give you an overview of my services as a life coach and consultant, as a house and online teacher and raw food chef and especially as an education coach, health coach, coach for natural life, crisis management coach, computer use coach, emigration coach and a political consultant. In case it may not be quite clear to some readers of my website exactly what a life coach, personal coach, consultant and home or online teacher is, I will explain this below:

What is a personal or life coach?

A person who has developed the ability to motivate others and lead them to discover and develop  their latent potential and find and live their purpose in life. I am the key or catalyst for you in this process, in activating and reinforcing what is already inherent in you but has not yet been able to be fully developed. 

What is a consultant?

A person who advises you, for example, about the requirements and procedures in work processes, about financial investments, related legal issues, a healthy and largely self-sufficient lifestyle, about minimizing pollution of the environment and other things.

What is a home and online teacher?

A person who teaches you and/or your children individually in your home or online.

With me you have at the same time a life coach, a consultant and a home teacher at your side. You can select an all-round advisory service or a limited or specific service. You can find the details of my services on this website by clicking on “Service for you”.

During the course of my life I have concerned myself with a large number of subjects and worked on unusual projects. In this way I have been able to acquire extensive knowledge and gain special experience. It is on the basis of this that I provide my consultation services.

My coaching is largely tailored to your wishes and needs. This means that I do not follow rigid concepts but rather orient myself towards what is actually helpful to you.

On the basis of my many years of experience with raw food (since 1990) I offer my services as a raw food expert. •Natural personal hygiene and clothing:

How can you wash yourself and your clothes with simple and natural products? What should you pay attention to when shopping for clothes and cleaning products? I will explain you this and much more.

•Physical workout methods (especially yoga, massage, fitness exercises, walking):

I can introduce you to the practice of Hatha yoga, give you intuitive massage and show you fitness exercises. Or I can simply go for a walk with you in the forest and advise you at the same time on your problems and show you edible wild plants. b.Optimizing and organizing your living space, living environment and your workplace with regard to health and ecological aspects, efficiency and aesthetics.

I can advise you on fundamental ways of how to grow your own fruit and vegetables, structure the garden and what you should pay attention to when building a house (building biology, reduction of harmful substances, reduction of electro-magnetic waves, natural and artificial types of construction, largely self-sufficient water and energy supply and much more). 3.Raising children and education

Are you looking for someone to give or organize an optimal, extensive and above all life-oriented education for your children? In addition to my work as a consultant, I provide a service as home teacher or educational consultant.

I can organize the implementation of an extensive and life-oriented educational concept for you and/or your children. This naturally includes the use of various educational services, courses, private tuition  by various teachers etc. and takes place mainly by means of natural and applied learning.

4.Computer use, data security and appropriate solutions to problems

a.I can advise you on the purchase of a computer (Macintosh and PC) and install it if you wish. I can explain you what software is appropriate for your needs, how and where you can obtain it most easily and inexpensively, install and configure it and give you an individual introduction to the most important applications.

b.I can explain you the various backup possibilities for your data and explain you in detail what you must pay attention to and how the backup is to be saved.

5.Writing, improving and translating texts

Not everyone finds it easy to write stylistically good texts. However, this is necessary from time to time both in normal everyday life and especially in companies

7.Tax minimization strategies

Particularly when you are self-employed and flexible as to location, there are many legal methods to drastically reduce your taxes.

Often it is only large conglomerates which benefit from these. The simple reason for this is that the normal self-employed person or small entrepreneur has absolutely no time to look into the possibilities intensively and most tax advisors will not automatically tell you about them. There is no patent recipe for this but an intensive analysis of your personal business situation is a requirement. On the basis of this I can develop a system specially tailored to your needs to reduce your tax burden. If you have a competent and trustworthy tax advisor, we can coordinate my concept with his ideas if appropriate.

This advice is useful mainly for the self-employed/freelancers with higher incomes who live or work in countries with high tax rates.

I normally do not give this advice separately but rather in conjunction with my other consultation. If, for example, we develop or optimize a business concept for you together, I will also consider the tax aspects as far as possible.

8.Asset security

There are many different methods to invest money. These are, among others, land and real estate, precious metals, jewelry, works of art, stamps, shares or savings accounts.

Asset security includes both the aspect of political and economic catastrophes as well as financial investments as independent as possible (these can, however, by nature never be absolutely safe) and also the aspect of protection of privacy from all too covetous snooping and access by criminal, secret service and other government organizations.

Somebody who possesses a lot may arouse covetousness in people who would like to get a share – in whatever way they can… Therefore a high degree of discretion is in principle necessary in managing assets. Countries which do not protect or only insufficiently protect individual privacy are therefore not the best place to keep reserves. Today it often goes so far that particularly state officials not only do not protect their citizens’ privacy but even encroach on it arbitrarily and with actual force.

Therefore, the rule applies that it can be of great advantage for protection of your privacy to select for your investments a country which respects the right to informal self-determination and also observes the principles of constitutional law – which is scarcely to be found anywhere – and reduces data exchange and cooperation with officials in other countries to a minimum.

9.Emigration

The possibility of emigration also belongs to personal, professional and possibly to tax flexibility. Although this option does not come into question for some people because they feel attached to their home country, there are, on the other hand, many people who want to experience something new, to start something completely new in an entirely different environment and get to know a new language and culture. 10.Establishment and care of a natural garden and self-sufficiency system

We live in turbulent times. Financial, monetary and economic crises can simply wipe out your savings from one day to the next. Therefore, it is advisable to obtain a functioning self-sufficiency system, i.e. a house with an independent energy and water supply and drainage as well as a garden which can feed you with fruit, vegetables and wild plants at least. That is not only the best precaution for times of need but also makes sense in times of economically stable conditions, as you thus have food of high-quality available, which can hardly be said of the normed, often chemically or even genetically modified substitute for food that is foisted on us for a lot of money in the shops.

I can advise you about the basic ways of growing your own fruit and vegetables, structuring the garden and what you should consider when building a house (building biology, reduction of harmful substances, reduction of electro-magnetic waves, natural and artificial types of construction, largely self-sufficient water and energy supply, and much more). In addition, we will also clarify where such a self-sufficient system can best be established. It is in principle also possible for me to organize the establishment of such a system or a number of such systems in various places in different countries, without you having to bother yourself with this. In this way precautions are made for emergency situations without you having to invest a lot of time.

Thus there is both the possibility that I give you only basic advice on this subject, namely on how you can establish such a system yourself where you live or are going to live and also the option that I organize and implement the complete establishment for you. 11. Crisis management

I can offer you my support in mastering exceptional and emergency situations. In particular I can coach you in preparing for such situations and in minimizing damage in extreme situations. These exceptional situations may be of both individual and collective nature and have either material or emotional causes – I am at your service in all cases.

12. Birth and death

We are born on this earth and also die again one day. That is the natural course of things. So the question is not about how we can change that but how we can manage to organize this process naturally and in harmony with our soul. Various religions but also the humanities, anthroposophy and after-death research assume that the soul comes to this world from another by incarnating itself in a body and then later when dying casts off the physical body again and returns to the other world. Therefore, we are only guests on this earth.

In this connection I can advise you on natural ways for gentle birth, as the soul that arrives here should after all be received sensitively and with much love and care. I can also advise you about ways and methods to make the dying process as natural and dignified as possible with the nearest relatives and friends in intensive attendance and prayers and meditations for the person passing on far beyond the so-called hour of death.

13. Consciousness

The most important thing in life is musing and reflection. All the bustling worldly activities are actually senseless in the end. If they are only done for their own sake, the soul will get lost in them. Self-communion leads to more consciousness and only then gives any sense at all to subsequent action. Constant self-reflection and silent contemplation open up something far more important for us than any worldly activities. I can practice this with you in the form of prayer and meditation. In addition, I can recommend you appropriate places and types of meditation and prayer if necessary.

Within the scope of extensive personal mentoring you will receive as far as possible support in many different tasks and everyday problems, such as, for example, a healthy lifestyle, food combination and preparation, designing your living quarters, computer use, computer security, data backup, workplace ergonomics, raising children, free education, natural learning, intelligent tax minimization management (for the self-employed) and many other things. 1.Payment by working hours:

This method of payment is mostly suitable for my work as home or online teacher (see www.teacher4homeschooling.com).

2.Payment by performance or result:

This type of payment is especially appropriate for the drafting and translating of texts (see www.editingtranslating.com). The price depends on the number of words written and/or translated.

3.Flat rate

4.Payment by success:

Payment by success is particularly suited to business coaching (see www.coach4work.com). 

5.Flat rate with payment by success:

In addition to payment of a basic monthly fee for my services you also pay me an amount related to the success of your business. This means that the higher your turnover, the more I receive.

However, we can also agree payment by success independent of your earnings. Thus, it is also a success if I help you to obtain more quality of life, health or also special skills, abilities, knowledge and so-called “educational qualifications”  (see www.coach4healthylife.com and www.coach4education.com). Furthermore, it counts as success if I help you and your business to become better known. This is an important point for artists in particular. Payment by success is a reward for my successful coaching.

To follow a good coach, or should I say, a good consultant is the key element for anyone who is dreaming of setting out on the way to success. I didn’t realize this until I met Mr. Frank Woeckel, my coach. With his wisdom and compassion, Mr. Woeckel has done an excellent job in leading me to find the right way to become much more successful than I used to be.

I'm originally from China. I'm very much into languages and culture. My job used to have nothing to do with my interests, but it took most of my time and energy, and I saw no hope of finding any alternatives at that time. That made me upset and lacking in motivation. I'd have given up my dream if I hadn’t got to know Mr. Woeckel and  had him as my consultant. He helped me to realize myself and showed me the way to become successful.
